It seems to be working OK now. For a while, the domain name wasn't working, but you obviously posted to the forum, so your ISP lets you see http://domania.info. This forum is using an older version of Drupal, something like 4.6. I was afraid to upgrade it to 5.x because so many people use WebTV, which is lost in the 20th century. I used Drupal 5.x for lancaviews.com, and the current version is 6.1. Version 6.1 is really nice, if you're using a computer.
Time is recorded on computers as the number of seconds since the Epoch started, the Epoch being the start of 1970. If the number is zero, that means December 31, 1969 at 11:59.59 PM at Greenwich, England. They used to call that "Greenwich Meridian Time" or GMT. That term is obsolete now, and they call it (I think) "Universal Standard Time". The US Military calls that "Zulu" time.
This forum is configured to use Eastern time by default, which is five hours earlier. Thus, if you see "December 31, 1969 - 7 p.m.", it's really January 1, 1970 at midnight in the morning. You can configure your account to use Pacific Standard Time, which is 3 hours earlier, which would give you "December 31, 1969 - 4 p.m.". The rest of the world doesn't start Daylight time for a couple of weeks now, and I don't know if the software knows it's Daylight Time already in the US or not.

As far as viability goes, I think Bert is leaving this forum up mostly for historical reference. If you want answers from someone who knows something, use the zbox forum at http://zboxhosting.com/board/index.php. I'm happy to give what answers I know here, but I don't check in often. Besides, I don't know much these days, and much of what I know is wrong. <Bleep> this mad cow disease!
